Our approach is compassionate and practical. We take the time to get to know you, understand your perspective, and support you in the challenges you face. We recognize that each person is unique, and we tailor evidence-based therapeutic modalities to your specific needs. Our positive, strength-based approach has been featured in Stanford University coursework and cited in the New York Times, NPR, The Atlantic, and Oprah.com.
No, we are out-of-network providers, which means that we do not work directly with insurance providers and that you are fully responsible for your session fees at the time of service. Each month we can provide you a detailed invoice (what is commonly referenced as a “superbill”) for every session you attend, which includes all of the information insurance companies require (e.g., license #, NPI, date of service). You will be responsible for submitting invoices or any paperwork to your insurance provider on your own. .
Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes, although session times can be extended if needed. Sessions for couples and families are typically 90 minutes.
We ask for 24 hours notice for a cancellation. There is a fee for late cancellations.
